The Houston Texans are a better football team than the Bears, and if all things were equal, this seemingly would be an easy season opener to pick.But all things are rarely equal in the NFL, and some last-minute gyrations on the offensive lines of both clubs have magnified a few cracks the Bears might just be able to step into and balance the scales a bit.Coming off a 9-7, AFC South championship season, the Texans return the NFL's third-ranked defense, and they spent big in free agency and the draft to theoretically improve themselves at quarterback, receiver and on the offensive line, and clearly improved themselves at running back.
